1. A game of skill, not gambling
LudoNaira offers ludo contests classified as games of skillunder Nigerian law, where a player's strategy and ability outweigh chance. The Platform is not a lottery, betting product or game of chance. Nonetheless, because real money is involved, we apply strict responsible-gaming standards.
2. Who can play
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be a resident of, and located in, Nigeria.
- Play may be restricted in states where real-money skill gaming is prohibited. You must ensure it is lawful in your state.
- We verify age and identity (KYC) and will close accounts that breach these rules.
3. Stay in control
To help you keep play healthy, we encourage you to:
- set a personal budget and time limit before you play;
- never chase losses or borrow money to play;
- treat any winnings as a bonus, not as income;
- take regular breaks.
You can request account limits, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion by contacting support@ludonaira.com. We will action eligible requests and, where you self-exclude, prevent you from re-registering for the chosen period.
4. Warning signs
Consider seeking support if you are spending more than you can afford, playing to escape stress, lying about how much you play, or neglecting work, study or relationships because of play.
5. Getting help
If play stops being fun or feels out of control, please pause and seek help. You can reach our support team at support@ludonaira.com to discuss limits or self-exclusion, and we encourage you to speak with a qualified counselling or mental-health professional in Nigeria.
6. Protecting minors
LudoNaira is strictly for adults. If you share a device, keep your credentials private and use parental controls to prevent under-18s from accessing real-money play. Report any suspected underage use to support@ludonaira.com.
